  • Returns and Refunds: Returns and refunds for purchases made using Klarna/Afterpay are subject to our standard Refund and Return Policy. However, your payment obligations to Klarna/Afterpay will continue until the refund is processed.

5. Payment Schedule (Custom Orders)

For custom jewelry orders, the following payment schedule applies:

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [Percentage]% of the total estimated cost is required to begin the design and production process.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the custom piece and before shipment or delivery.
